At Reitmans, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal or sign in to your account to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred return method.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Ensure all original tags are still attached to the garments.
Ship It Back or Visit a Store
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any Canada Post location, or simply bring your items and receipt to any Reitmans store for an immediate exchange or refund.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
